Cinnamon Roll MIM (Muffin In A Mug)

This Cinnamon Roll MIM (Muffin In A Mug) recipe is just amazing. No, it doesn’t look like a cinnamon roll and it doesn’t quite taste like one, either. BUT it is perfect for when you are craving something a little sweet for breakfast and you can’t have or don’t want the real thing! I mean, let’s face it…who wants to eat something knowing it’s going to make us fat???? Not ME!!

Especially not when I can eat one of these…

    1. Baking blend? What’s in it? You would probably use about the same amount…. Unless it has a lot of coconut flour in it. If it does, reduce by 1/2t. at a time until you get a consistency you like. Let me know how it turns out! xo

  1. This was really delicious and perfect for a sweet splurge. My Fitness Pal calculated one serving as 601 calories and 7 net carbs. Just a bit too heavy on the calories to have very often but it was a wonderful treat.

  2. Isn’t that a ton of sugar? I just made this with Swerve & it was way too sweet. Would you suggest lowering the sugar & increasing the almond four?

      1. Will do. I have noticed that with THM everything is really sweet for my pallet. I just never use as much as a recipe calls for. I didn’t this time either, but will keep adjusting to my desired sweetness. Thanks!

      2. Different sweeteners can change that, too. Some are sweeter than others. You’re welcome! Just have fun with it and you’ll get there! xo
